The University of New South Wales (UNSW) Centre for Applied Economic Research and the Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence (ESCoE) held a joint conference on 8-9 December 2025 at UNSW Sydney, Australia.
This event was supported by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the UNSW Business School and School of Economics.

The programme contained papers on many aspects of the measurement and use of economic statistics, including:
- Digital economy
- Productivity
- Land and natural resources
- Difficult to measure sectors, such as finance, insurance and telecommunications
- Price indices
- Public sector productivity
- System of National Accounts 2025
