Graeme Roy

Graeme is Director of the Fraser of Allander Institute at the University of Strathclyde, where he is also Head of the Department of Economics. He re-joined Strathclyde after a number of years in the Government Economic Service, including as head of the First Minister of Scotland’s Policy Unit. He is co-director of the Economic Futures initiative which is supporting more young people to take an interest in economics. He is PI on a major new ESRC investment in examining how to boost productivity through better management practice and employee engagement.
