Graeme Roy

I am Professor of Economics and Dean of External Engagement in the College of Social Sciences at the University of Glasgow. I am a former Director of the Fraser of Allander Institute and Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Strathclyde. Prior to returning to academic in 2016, I was a Senior Civil Servant in the Scottish Government. I am co-director of the Economic Futures initiative aimed at supporting more young people to take an interest in economics and a lead editor of the ESRC Economic Observatory.
