Heloise Devaney-Jones is ESCoE’s Events and Office Coordinator.

Prior to ESCoE, Heloise managed an Operations Team at an education non-profit, designing and delivering over 100 events for teachers every year.

Heloise oversees the operational delivery of ESCoE’s events, including the annual Conference on Economic Measurement and the webinar and publications series.
