John Forth
John Forth is a Professor of Human Resource Management at The Business School (formerly Cass) at City, University of London. His work focuses on the organisation of firms and its implications for employee well-being and productivity. He has particular interests in the economic returns to human resource management practices, the impact of employment regulation and how firms’ choices of HR policies affect labour market inequality.
