Karlis Kanders

Karlis Kanders is a Principal Researcher in Data Science at Nesta, using network analysis and machine learning to provide individuals and organisations with the means to assess and navigate the labour market more efficiently. Prior to Nesta, Karlis completed a PhD in Computational Neuroscience at ETH Zurich in Switzerland, studying the dynamics of complex networks.
