Dr Katharine Stockland is a Senior Social Researcher at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research. She is a qualitative researcher with a particular expertise in ethnography, interviewing and focus groups, and content analysis. As a Research Associate at the Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence (ESCoE), she conducts research on public perceptions of economics and economic statistics. Her other research interests include migration and migrant integration in the UK. She holds a PhD in Social Anthropology, and an undergraduate degree in Political Science.
