Martin O’Connell

Martin is an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an International Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. One strand of his research focuses on the impact and optimal design of public policy, including taxes, benefits and regulation. He also works on measurement of price dynamics and the evolution of market power over time.
