Rebecca is Director of the UK Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence (ESCoE). She is Professor of Practice in Economics at King’s Business School, King’s College London. She has written extensively on UK productivity performance and labour market policy. Rebecca is a Fellow of the National Institute of Economic and Social Research, where previously she led the productivity research group and the UK forecast team. She has been an external advisor to several government departments and public bodies, including the Department for Work and Pensions and the Office for National Statistics. She is a member of council of the International Association for Research in Income and Wealth, and a member of the ESRC Centre for Macroeconomics and the Conference on Research in Income and Wealth.
