Rebecca is Director of the UK Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence (ESCoE). She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Economic and Social Research, where she previously led the productivity research group and the UK forecast team. She has written extensively on UK productivity performance and labour market policy. She has been an external advisor to several government departments and public bodies, including the Department for Work and Pensions and the Office for National Statistics. She is a member of the ESRC Centre for Macroeconomics and the US Conference on Research in Income and Wealth.
