Kate Barker

Dame Kate Barker, DBE is presently chair of the trustee board at the Universities Superannuation Scheme.  She is also chair of the Jersey Fiscal Policy Panel.  For the ONS, she chairs the Consumer Prices Stakeholder Advisory Panel. 

In 2014, she undertook an Independent Review of the UK’s National Accounts (with Art Ridgeway). Having chaired major reviews of housing and planning in the mid-2000s, in 2014 she published ‘Housing: Where’s the Plan’.
