Charlotte Chunming Meng is a Research Associate at ESCoE. Her current work focuses on business surveys, firm expectations, management practices, and productivity, aiming to understand and explain management practices to promote higher productivity in UK businesses.
Charlotte’s other research interest lies at the intersection of housing economics and behavioural sciences. Her PhD work conducts micro-econometrical analysis of household’s housing decisions, with a special focus on the impact of behavioural biases, such as loss aversion and inattention.
Charlotte holds a PhD and an MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, as well as a BA in Finance and a BS in Mathematics from Renmin University of China.
