Stephen Bach

Since 2017, Stephen has been Executive Dean of King’s Business School and more recently also Interim Vice President (People and Talent) at King’s College London. King’s Business School is a triple accredited school, based in the former BBC building, Bush House, in central London. The School comprises over 160 academic staff and more than 4,000 students. KBS is research intensive and was placed in the top 10 business and management schools in the UK in REF 2021. Stephen worked at Warwick University Business School and prior to that in the NHS. His research is centred on comparative Human Resource Management and has been funded by the ESRC, EU, Home Office, Leverhulme Foundation, NHS and the ILO.
