Miriam Steurer
Miriam Steurer, PhD is a Senior Post-Doc at the Department of Economics at the University of Graz, Austria. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She is currently working on a number of projects in the area of real estate economics, such as measuring the impact of energy efficiency on house prices and developing automated valuation models. She is also a consultant to Eurostat and the International Monetary Fund, advising countries on producing official house price indices.
