Mary O'Mahony
Mary O’Mahony is Professor of Applied Economics at King’s Business School, King’s College London. She was formally a Professor at the University of Birmingham and a Research Fellow at NIESR. She is currently a research associate at ZEW, Mannheim and was a member of council of the International Association for Research on Income and Wealth, to 2016-2020. Her research interests are in measuring and explaining international differences in productivity, technology and growth and she was a leading member of the EU KLEMS consortium. Her other research interests include quantifying skills and human capital formation and measuring intangible assets. She has published in high quality academic journals including in The Economic Journal, The Journal of Economic Perspectives, and the Review of Income and Wealth.
