Andrew Aitken

Andrew Aitken holds a PhD in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. He has wide interests in the area of labour economics including migration, minimum wages, urban economics and inequality. Work for ESCoE includes the development of democratic measures of household and national income, and ongoing work includes the measurement of subnational estimates of objective and subjective well-being.
